ONE of Satan favourite methods to steal, kill and destroy destinies is through witchcraft. He began his attacks against us the moment we were conceived.
He is filled with fury because he knows his time is limited.
Revelation 12:12 Therefore rejoice, you heavens and you who dwell in them! But woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has gone down to you!
He is filled with fury, because he knows that his time is short.”
Satan can use jealous people to attack us through witchcraft. People who compete with their relatives or neighbours are likely to solicit the services of a witch to cast a spell against you.

Balaam was hired by Balak the King of Moab to curse the Israelites when he felt threatened by their presence hoping that this would weaken them and make them easier to defeat in battle.
Numbers 22:5-6. Balak said: “A people has come out of Egypt; they cover the face of the land and have settled next to me.
Now come and put a curse on these people, because they are too powerful for me. Perhaps then I will be able to defeat them and drive them out of the country.
Fight witchcraft and win
You can fight every witchcraft spell cast on you and win.
When spells are sent against you, they cannot affect you unless a door is open.
A witch can curse your finances, health, job, marriage, children, ministry or business. They can cast spells through incantations, spoken curses and charms.

When a witch sends a spell against your health there will be tell-tale signs and patterns such as persistent recurring illness that doctors fail to diagnose , relatives dying of incurable diseases, falling sick every time they are about to achieve a goal.
A marriage under a witchcraft attack manifests a sudden change in the behavior of a spouse towards the other, finding them no longer attractive.
Love portions and charms are involved in relationships that are founded on fear, selfishness and control.
The mind can also be attacked with confusion and irrational thinking that may lead to isolation even in a mental asylum following a total breakdown.
Daniel 4:16. Let his mind be changed from that of a man and let him be given the mind of an animal, till seven times pass by for him.
In a nutshell all areas of our lives are potential targets for the devil to attack with witchcraft through those who are jealous or threatened by our position.

The good news is that we can stop it in its tracks from affecting us. We have received power through Christ to overcome Satan’s attacks including witchcraft spells.
Legal right for witchcraft spell to work
For a witchcraft spell to affect your life there has to be a valid reason or a legal right. Provers 26:2. Like a fluttering sparrow or a darting swallow, an undeserved curse does not come to rest.
When a witch sends a spell against you they give an evil spirit an assignment to carry out evil against you.
Evil spirits on such an assignment from the witch can then attack through accidents, job loss, marital failures, rebellious children, financial distress, failure at the edge of breakthrough, unexplainable diseases, sudden deaths, suicide, immorality and even violent dreams.
Suspect the presence of witchcraft when you continuously dream of dead relatives, snakes, dogs, cats. Having a miscarriage after a particular dream or always losing things in the dream, dreaming of going back to the old house or school where you grew up and having constant nightmares.
People will seek out a witch to cast a spell out of fear, protection against enemies, love for money, lust for power and control subjects.
Witchdoctors will slaughter an animal during such a visit to get the solicitor into a covenant or agreement with the devil (sealed with blood).
Numbers 23:1-3. Balaam said, “Build me seven altars here, and prepare seven bulls and seven rams for me.” Balak did as Balaam said, and the two of them offered a bull and a ram on each altar.
Then Balaam said to Balak, “Stay here beside your offering while I go aside.
Perhaps the LORD will come to meet with me. Whatever he reveals to me I will tell you.” Then he went off to a barren height.
Satan knows that covenants and agreements sealed through the shedding of blood are binding and that any covenant made with him shall stand until it is broken by the power of the blood of Jesus Christ.
The devil knows that covenants are never made alone but also with one’s descendants, so every oath and blood covenant made during witchcraft consultation is his way of keeping entire generations bound.
The devil is not only after the life of the person who makes the covenant with him through the witchdoctor, but also after their descendants.
Involvement in witchcraft with blood covenants is the most effective way Satan uses to bind many generations at once.
Open doors
2 Kings 3:24-27. And when they came to the camp of Israel, the Israelites rose up and smote the Moabites, so that they fled before them: but they went forward smiting the Moabites, even in their country.
And they beat down the cities, and on every good piece of land cast every man his stone, and filled it; and they stopped all the wells of water, and felled all the good trees: only in Kirharaseth left they the stones thereof; howbeit the slingers went about it, and smote it.
And when the king of Moab saw that the battle was too sore for him, he took with him seven hundred men that drew swords, to break through even unto the king of Edom: but they could not.
Then he took his eldest son that should have reigned in his stead, and offered him for a burnt offering upon the wall.
And there was great indignation against Israel: and they departed from him, and returned to their own land.
Its is often when people have tried to solve their problems and failed that they seek a higher power. This king killed his own son to get help from the kingdom of darkness.
The highest sacrifice that will cancel and nullify every demonic power of witchcraft and spells cast against you is the sacrifice of God’s first born son-Jesus Christ.
It is the highest sacrifice that defeats the demonic kingdom.
Revelation 12:11. They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death
When all doors of our lives are securely locked we cannot be touched by witchcraft. It is not enough to declare, “I am covered by the blood of Jesus” only, if a door is open and a witch sends a spell, it will affect you.
In Deuteronomy 28:14, the Israelites would not be cursed because they were walking in full obedience.
If I have been involved in the things mentioned in Deuteronomy 18:10 and Deuteronomy 27, then I have a generational curse and can be affected by witchcraft spells.
I have open doors, if my forefathers worshipped another god. I have open doors through my own unconfessed sin. If I have not forgiven others, I am giving the enemy an open door that he may use to launch a witchcraft attack against me.
Mathew 18:33-35. ‘’Shouldn’t you have had mercy on your fellow servant just as I had on you?’’
In anger his master handed him over to the jailers to be tortured, until he should pay back all he owed.
This is how my heavenly Father will treat each of you unless you forgive your brother or sister from your heart
Satan has a legal right to use a witchdoctor to curse a believer who is under a generational curse or who is having unconfessed sin in their lives.
He needs human beings like witches to work with him to accomplish his wicked ways to destroy God’s people.
Man’s wickedness works to Satan’s advantage.
Balaam knew that he would not curse the Israelites as long as they did not worship another god. He later advised Balak to use the Moabite women to tempt them.
Numbers 25:1-3 .While Israel was staying in Shittim, the men began to indulge in sexual immorality with Moabite women, who invited them to the sacrifices to their gods.
The people ate the sacrificial meal and bowed down before these gods. So Israel yoked themselves to the Baal of Peor. And the Lord’s anger burned against them.
Safety from witchcraft spells
Our safety from witchcraft spells and curses depends on how securely we close the doors against Satan.
By turning away from sin and turning our hearts to God in repentance we deny the enemy the legal ground or reason to attack our lives through witchcraft. We must strive to have no reason for “the curse to land” on us
Psalm 32:1. Blessed is the one whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered.
We must also understand the fullness of the finished work on the cross. We look to the cross and see that Jesus overcame the power of witchcraft.
We must understand that the case has been settled in heaven .
Revelation 12:10. Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say: “Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Messiah.
For the accuser of our brothers and sisters, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down.
Once acquitted we have closed the door and witchcraft cannot touch us. We must therefore keep “öur house” secure to fight witchcraft and win.

Jesus taught that when a demon has been overcome, it tries to come back to the former haunt. Sin, inheritance, lack of self-control or trauma can open doors for witchcraft spirits to torment you.
Mathew 12:44. Then it says, ‘I will return to the house I left.’ When it arrives, it finds the house unoccupied, swept clean and put in order.
Prayer against Witchcraft
Heavenly Father, I thank you that you have given us authority to trample snakes and scorpions and to overcome all power of the enemy.
Through the death of Jesus on the cross we have power to overcome witchcraft. Thank you Father for teaching me that I don’t have to fear or be victim of witchcraft.
I also thank you that He who is in me is greater that he who is out in the world including his power of witchcraft.
Father, I ask for forgiveness for any time I have personally gone to see anyone who uses demonic power to control people.
Forgive me and my ancestors when we turned our backs on you and turned to witchcraft to protect or destroy our enemies.
I now take authority as a servant of the living god and break all power of witchcraft that has been used over me. I cancel all divination, sorcery, spells, hexes, spoken curses, incantations and charms being used against me in the name of Jesus Christ
I cancel all false prophecy said over me and I withdraw my name from witchcraft registers by the blood of Jesus in Jesu mighty name
I break and renounce all agreements and covenants made with witches and agents of Satan in my family bloodline and generational ancestral bond.
I disconnect myself from their shrines, dedications, sacrifices, vows, oaths and promises and declare them annulled by the blood of Jesus
I pull down all altars from which witchcraft is being used against me and command all spirits of witchcraft to leave me now.
I declare that I will not be ensnared through witchcraft in Jesus mighty name AMEN!!!
